We budgeted for the actual building, but completely forgot that we also needed to budget and plan the interior – as it would be pointless to build on these great extensions and then have no furnishings or finishes to complete it all… That is where Julia came in. We discussed the interior budget upfront and everything we needed (and more) was supplied out of this. It didn’t matter if it was modest or lavish, Julia was able to present various options that worked for our new spaces. She also made some recommendations on elements that fell within the building part of the exercise and I was then able to advise the builders accordingly.
