This consultation will be utilised to determine the following: -

• Budget availability

• Individual requirements within predefined design & décor packages

• Need for custom designed fittings or installations 

• Fittings & Fabric selections

• Requirement for other custom items scatters, rugs. to ensure we create a home to meet your distinct and specific needs

 

We will then do relevant research required depending on the specific projects & factoring in the level of client involvement desired.

This information will then be utilised to generate the following

•  quotation based on above inputs

• presentation materials such as moodboards, plans, fabrics & paint samples

• Supplier/contractors, projected costs and timeliness & project plans depending on specific project complexity

  

On finalisation of quotation and sign off, deposits will be calculated and on payment of deposits, pricing secured. Any charges along the way will be managed in a formal scope process with impact on timelines & costs being understood and communicated.
